Our goal is that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please bring any issues to our attention at theia.brands@gmail.com and we will do everything we can to make it right.   

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on perishable items.
  • If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at theia.brands@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your Spring Rolls.
  • Please provide a photo and description of your issue, we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your experience.
  • All claims sent after the 24-hour window or submitted without proper documentation will not be eligible for reship or refund.   
  • For order cancellation and modification before your order ships, please contact us at theia.brands@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses and shipping or weather delays.
